Your data is yours, and only yours
Each carrier's loads, trips, fleet, costs and bank data are private to that carrier. Every query that touches them is scoped to your company, so one customer's data is not readable by another. You own it, we process it only to run the service for you, and we do not sell it or use it to build advertising profiles.
What Loadful never holds
- Your Loadful password — sign-in is handled by Kinde.
- Your Super Dispatch password — server sync uses it once to sign in and keeps only the session.
- Your bank login — it goes to Plaid and your bank. Loadful never receives full account or routing numbers.
How it is protected
- All traffic between your browser, our servers and the services we use runs over TLS.
- The database is encrypted at rest by our managed database provider.
- The credentials we must hold for third-party services — your Plaid access token and your Super Dispatch session — are additionally sealed with AES-256-GCM under a key that is kept outside the database, so a copy of the database alone decrypts to nothing.
- Error reports sent to our monitoring service are scrubbed of personal and payment data — names, emails, phone numbers, VINs and tokens — before they leave our systems.
- Owners can require two-factor sign-in for every member of their team.
- Money data — P&L, banking, books, pay — is limited to admins, enforced on our servers.
AI processing
Some features use Anthropic's Claude — for example, explaining a result in plain English or suggesting an expense category. What is sent is the operational context the feature needs. No credential of yours — bank, load board or accounting — is ever sent to a model, and under our commercial terms Anthropic does not train on it. Matching payments to loads is done by deterministic code, never by a model.
What Loadful is not
- Not an ELD or an hours-of-service record.
- Not a broker, carrier or party to your loads — it never requests, books or posts a load for you.
- Not an accounting or audit service. Reconciliation is an aid; your books are yours to keep right.
Deleting your data
Close your account and we delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except where the law requires us to keep a record. To delete a specific integration's data sooner, contact support; we act on deletion requests within 30 days.
