For auto transport brokers
From quote request to delivered car, on one board.
Loadful prices the shipment, sends the quote, collects a signed agreement and a deposit, and tells the shipper which carrier is hauling it. The board moves itself as the money comes in.
The problem
One shipment, five places to keep it, and every handoff is a load that can slip.
The board
Every lead has one place and one next step.
You move a lead through the four selling stages. Once the shipper signs, Loadful moves it as the agreement, the deposit, the balance and the delivery come in.

Find any lead in a second
Search by load ID, name, phone, city or vehicle. Filter by lane, pickup date, source or price, sort the way you work, and save the views you use every day for the whole office.
One load ID on everything
Each lead gets an ID like VL-2610-009, printed on the agreement, the receipt and every email, so a shipper on the phone and the board always agree.
Requests from your website
Paste one snippet into your site. Quote requests land on the board as New leads with the vehicles and the route already filled in.
A price you can explain, and the profit in it.
Distance, vehicle size, open or enclosed, season, how soon it ships, inoperable vehicles and rural pickups. Every factor is listed, and the price is checked against what trucks actually take on that lane, then raised if it would not leave room to pay a carrier and keep your margin.
- Price, carrier pay and profit on one card, with what to post the load at.
- Open and enclosed side by side. The shipper picks.
- Sending the quote signs your side of the agreement, so the shipper's signature is the last one.
Then it books itself
The two parts most broker tools leave to you.
Booking and payments
Signed and paid before you dispatch.
The shipper confirms the details, signs your transport agreement and pays the deposit by card or bank, all on one link with your name on it.
Carrier vetting
Know who you're tendering to.
A trust score on every carrier, their FMCSA record in one click, insurance flagged 30 days before it lapses, and a coverage map by lane.
The board in your pocket.
For iPhone, iPad and Android. You hear about it the moment a shipper writes or a payment lands, and your home screen widgets show what needs you and what is still owed.

FAQ
What brokers ask first.
What does Loadful cost a brokerage?
Starter is $149 a month with 2 seats, Pro $299 with 3, Premium $549 with 5; extra seats are $49 to $69. Viewers are free, yearly billing is two months free, and the first ten brokers get 30% off for life.
Do I have to change load boards?
No. Keep posting and sourcing where you do now. You can book a shipment before a carrier is assigned and send the Carrier Assignment Notice when one is.
Can I haul some loads with my own trucks?
Yes. Each load is either hauled in-house or brokered out, and the shipper signs the agreement version that matches.
Who holds the deposit?
You do. It goes straight to your own Stripe account. Loadful never touches the funds and takes no cut.
Can a carrier see what the shipper paid?
No. The carrier's offer shows only the carrier's pay, and what you expect to pay the carrier is never shown to the shipper.
Do I need a separate carrier account?
No. Broker and carrier are two sides of the same Loadful account. Use either one, or both.
