Connecting Super Dispatch

Bring your booked loads and trips in from Super Dispatch with Loadful's server sync.

Super Dispatch stays your system of record for loads and trips. Loadful reads them — your booked and hauled loads (your book), and the trips they were grouped into — so it can cost each run, match payments, and show you where the money is. It never changes anything in Super Dispatch, and it never requests or books a load for you.

Loadful reads Super Dispatch from its own servers, so there is nothing to install and it works on any browser, including a phone. The same connection powers the board search behind Plan a trip.

Connect

  1. Open Loads → Your book and click Set up server sync.
  2. Enter your Super Dispatch email and password and click Connect Super Dispatch. Signing in can take up to a minute.
  3. If Super Dispatch emails you a verification code, type it into the box that appears.
  4. Once connected, click Sync now on your book. It reads your loads and your trips.

Your password is not stored. Loadful uses your password once, to sign in, and keeps only the resulting Super Dispatch session — encrypted with AES-256-GCM under a key that is not stored in the database. When Super Dispatch ends that session, server sync pauses and asks you to sign in again; changing your Super Dispatch password ends it too.

A sign-in from a data centre can be challenged by Super Dispatch more often than one from your own browser. If a sign-in is challenged in a way Loadful cannot answer, it stops rather than retrying, and you can sign in again.

How often to sync

Nothing in your book updates on its own unless you ask it to. Each screen shows when it last synced — click Sync now again when that line is old.

When numbers look off

  • Trips → Sync check lists every place Super Dispatch and your book disagree: loads attached to a trip but not on its route, loads on a route that are missing from your book, and trips whose counts or revenue disagree with their loads.
  • A low stops ratio on the Trips screen's last-sync line means the read was incomplete, not that it was a quiet week. Run the trip sync again.
  • A sync that stops or times out usually means Super Dispatch signed you out or wants a code. Sign in at carrier.superdispatch.com, then sync again.
